1. CONSULTATION (FOR QUOTATION)
A consultation with your dedicated support manager is a good way to start. Consultations are scheduled, in-person meetings where you discuss your relocation idea, space to relocate, etc. It’s also a good way to meet the dedicated support manager and make sure that they will be the right fit for you to work with. Every team member has personally experienced the relocating process; therefore, we understand that highly personalized service is the key to creating and maintaining our successful client relationships. We also know that the requirements of every client are different, thus offering extremely flexible services.
We also provide a pre-moving survey which is free of cost to make your shifting process smooth and easy. Our inspection executive will visit your place and will do the inspection of all the goods keeping in mind every single expense involved in the shifting of those goods. you can ask as many questions as you want to clear all your doubts related to moving. Post inspection, he will be sharing estimated quotation with you which you will be needing to shift your precious belongings safely. Inspection of goods will not go for more than 1 hours. The pre-moving survey will remove the complexity from the shifting process which will give you a wonderful shifting experience.
Consultations generally take between 30-60 minutes depending on your requirement and we do not charge for this service.
2. BOOK YOUR ORDER (DEPOSIT)
We will collect a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit from you to reserve your relocation appointment. The deposit gets applied to the cost of the overall relocation at the final sitting. The deposit will be forfeited if you decide not to have relocation or postpone the relocation schedule. Should you need to reschedule, we ask for a 48 hours notice to keep your deposit.
3. PACK, MOVE AND DELIVER YOUR THINGS (PROCESS THE ORDER)
Every team member has personally experienced the relocating process; therefore, we understand that highly personalized service is the key to creating and maintaining our successful client relationships. We also know that the requirements of every client are different, thus offering extremely flexible services. The moving crew will get down to business without wasting much time as soon as they come, and perform a safe and speedy packing. The movers remain with you from the time they reach your home for packing and loading to transportation to delivering your goods and unpacking them in the destination.
